Accounts Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our finance team The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, along with practical experience in managing financial transactions and records.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in maintaining financial records and ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance

with company policies.

 Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.

 Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow statements.

 Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

 Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns, such as GST, TDS, etc.

 Support in auditing processes and coordinate with auditors as required.

 Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure adherence to deadlines.

 Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

 Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.

 Track and record office expenses and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications:

 Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or related fields.

 Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, MS Excel).

 Familiarity with basic tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).

 Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.

 Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

 A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
