Tally Sales and Support executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Tally Sales & Support Executive to handle sales, implementation, and support for Tally ERP software. The role involves understanding client requirements, demonstrating Tally solutions, closing sales, and providing post-sales support, including troubleshooting and training.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and approach potential clients for Tally software.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Tally solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships.

Implementation & Support:

• Install and configure Tally software for clients.
• Provide user training and explain Tally features and functionalities.
• Resolve Tally-related queries via call, email, or remote support.
• Coordinate with the technical team for escalations and customizations.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and support provided.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP9 / TallyPrime.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (GST, VAT, TDS preferred).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Tally ERP or equivalent.
• Experience in software sales or accounting software support.
• Familiarity with other ERP systems will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
