Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, based in Indore. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Responsibilities include managing social media marketing campaigns, optimizing web analytics, driving lead generation initiatives, and analyzing the performance of marketing efforts to ensure ROI growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying updated on industry trends are key aspects of this role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Lead social media marketing efforts, including content strategy, engagement, and growth.
  • Oversee paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to produce high-quality, engaging digital content.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage budgets for digital campaigns and track marketing spend efficiently.
  • Mentor and guide junior digital marketing team members.
  • Report regularly on digital marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience

    in digital marketing.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of online marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
