Job Description

We are hiring for a renowned overseas education organization!! Following is the JD: Job Summary: Sr. BDM will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of revenue growth initiatives in the education sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and working cross- functionally to drive expansion across schools, colleges, training centers, or institutional clients For the organization. Key Responsibilities: Market Expansion : Identify and acquire new clients within the education ecosystem of the organization. (schools, universities, coaching institutes, EdTech platforms). Strategic Partnerships : Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders— school management, education boards, government bodies, and corporate partners. Revenue Generation : Develop proposals, pitch solutions, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets of the organization. Team Leadership : Mentor and manage a team of BDEs/Managers to ensure optimal performance and pipeline management. Product Collaboration : Work closely with product and marketing teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Market Research : Track education trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform business strategy. Reporting & Forecasting : Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong 7-10 Yrs of Exp. In Sales and negotiation skills Deep understanding of the education sector and its decision-making processes Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities Data-driven mind set with proficiency in CRM tools Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused approach Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Education (MBA preferred) Proven track record of achieving business targets in the education space Show more Show less
