KEY DELIVERABLES We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be able to lead and manage end-to-end business technology transformation and enhancement initiatives, bridging business needs and technology capabilities. The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in identifying process gaps, proposing solutions, driving implementations, and supporting business users to optimise product and process outcomes. Role and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities include: 1. Requirement Analysis · Participate in business discussions to understand problems, pain points, and objectives. · Analyze and validate business requirements, review Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and assess feasibility. · Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend solutions aligned with the current system architecture and business strategy. 2. Documentation, Communication & Collaboration · Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), including detailed process workflows and user journeys. · Coordinate cross-functional reviews and obtain sign-offs on BRDs and FSDs. · Initiate Feature/Project Notes (FPNs) and maintain documentation in project management tools such as Microsoft Project Management Tool. · Act as a bridge between business and tech teams, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. 3. Testing & Quality Assurance · Develop test scenarios and ensure traceability from BRD to UAT using relevant tools. · Create test cases and test plans based on functional specifications. · Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track issues, and drive resolution through appropriate escalation channels. · Conduct post-implementation testing and ensure a smooth transition to production. 4. Governance & Quality Control · Ensure adherence to IT Project Processes & Policies (ITPP) for all projects and change requests (CRs). · Perform daily/weekly control checks and maintain audit trails for compliance and business continuity. · Track and respond to audit and business queries in a timely manner. 5. Training & Production Support · Develop and distribute training materials for business users. · Conduct training sessions post-deployment to ensure smooth adoption of new features/enhancements. · Provide Level 2 support for production issues and conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIR). 6. Continuous Improvement · Proactively identify process inefficiencies and suggest data-driven improvements. Engage with users to explore opportunities for process optimization and innovation aligned with industry best practices and evolving regulatory norms. QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. · 9 - 12 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Fintech or digital payments environment. · Payment Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience and expertise in the payment domain. Experience in education loan lending or financial services is a plus · Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and Project Management principles. · Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Confluence. · Experience in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT). · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. · Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., MPP, JIRA, Asana) is preferred. · Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all stakeholders. · Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) is a plus.
