KEY DELIVERABLES We are looking for a highly organised HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication & interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for HR . Key Responsibilities include: Manage entire recruitment from job posting up to onboarding. Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates. Source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Screen resumes & conduct initial candidate assessments. Schedule & coordinate interviews. Handle multiple job vacancies. REQUIREMENTS (Must-Haves) Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Prior experience in HR or related functions is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
