Role Overview: As a Recruitment Coordinator at our company, you will be responsible for screening resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Your role will involve conducting initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability. Additionally, you will coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, as well as maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
