About the Role We are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to promote and sell our 3 kW solar project packages across Kerala. The role requires strong field sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to achieve monthly targets. Candidates with experience in solar projects, banking loans, credit cards, FMCG, insurance, building materials , or similar high-intensity sales domains are preferred. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell the complete 3 kW solar project package to customers across Kerala Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and product demonstrations Convert leads into successful sales through negotiation and follow-ups Build and maintain strong customer relationships Coordinate with the technical team for installation and after-sales support Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market insights Maintain a strong understanding of solar products, pricing, and competitor offerings Requirements 3–5 years of experience in sales (solar/FMCG/loans/credit card/insurance/building materials preferred) Strong field sales background with proven target achievement Willingness to travel across Kerala regularly Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred Immediate joiners are an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Do you have any experience selling solar products or renewable energy solutions? The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally, GST filing, and MS Office, with strong attention to accuracy and the ability to manage day-to-day accounts independently. Key Responsibilities Handle daily accounting operations in Tally. Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and statements. Manage GST entries, returns, and related compliance activities. Maintain petty cash, invoices, and vendor payments. Prepare monthly reports and support audits when required. Perform data entry and documentation using MS Office. Coordinate with internal teams for financial updates. Ensure timely completion of all accounting tasks. Requirements Minimum 2 years of accounting experience. Strong knowledge of Tally , GST , and MS Office . Must be comfortable working long hours (9 AM – 8 PM). Good communication and organizational skills. Male candidates only.
