Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineeringexperience in Commercial of ship repair, shipbuilding is must. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of ship repair processes and shipping markets preferred. 1. Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce needs. Maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles. 2. Employee Engagement & Welfare Implement and support employee engagement activities and initiatives. Handle employee grievances, resolve issues, and ensure high employee morale. Promote a healthy, inclusive, and positive work environment. 3. HR Operations Maintain and update employee records in HRMS. Oversee attendance, leave, and time management systems. Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with accounts for timely salary disbursements. 4. Performance Management Support the performance appraisal cycle. Ensure timely completion of reviews and documentation. Analyze performance trends and report to management. 5. Statutory Compliance & Policies Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.). Assist in audits and maintain necessary records. Contribute to HR policy development, implementation, and communication. 6. Training & Development Identify training needs in consultation with department heads. Organize internal and external training programs. Maintain training records and feedback.
