As a Real Estate Recruiter, your role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the real estate industry, including agents, administrative staff, sales teams, and management positions. You will utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source potential candidates. Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates will also be a key responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role. - Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs. - Provide regular updates on the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining open communication and providing timely feedback. - Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and orientation are completed efficiently. - Conduct background checks and employment verifications, maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably within the real estate industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. - Good understanding of the real estate sector, including roles and responsibilities specific to real estate professionals. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
