Sales Consultant

As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your responsibilities will include offering expert advice, devising effective sales strategies, and delivering exceptional client service throughout the property transaction process. You will guide clients through property purchases and sales, nurturing relationships with clients and industry professionals, and creating property listings and promotional materials. Coordinating property showings and open houses will be part of your routine, along with advising clients on market conditions and prices while ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in real estate sales or a related field, a deep understanding of the Gurgaon property market, and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Your ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships, along with a self-motivated and results-driven approach, will be key to your success. Your skill set should include proficiency in sales and marketing strategies, client relationship management, market analysis, negotiation, property law and compliance, as well as familiarity with MLS and CRM software. This is a full-time position with benefits such as leave encashment and Provident Fund, requiring a day shift schedule in Gurugram, Haryana. Relocation to the preferred work location in Gurugram, Haryana is necessary for this in-person role.
