Provide legal advisory on Title Search Reports for different types of properties and security perfection. Interpret and advise on laws like Banking Laws, Transfer of Property Act, and Companies Act. Collaborate with Advocates, Risk Teams, Business Units, and Operations Teams. Liaise with law firms and government departments to address legal queries.

Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Advise clients on legal rights and obligations in civil matters. Ensure compliance with civil laws and regulations. Conduct legal research on civil law issues.

Job Description and Remuneration The incumbent is expected to attend and/or assist in drafting and court appearances as per the instructions and/or under the supervision of the senior advocate/counsel all litigation /Non litigation matters pertaining to Property law, Labour and Industrial, Matrimonial, Civil /Criminal law and providing appropriate guidance and inputs on all legal matters to the clients. Vetting of documents, litigation and non-litigation and should be familiar with court procedures and assist the seniors in research work. Remuneration as per the industry norms.
