Legal Manager

As a Legal Officer at our company, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end legal due diligence of various properties acquired by the Company. This includes preparing preliminary notes on the property and title reports, as well as formulating compliance check-lists to ensure all necessary information is provided. Your role will also involve coordinating with external advocates to obtain legal opinions and modifying contractual instruments to support the business. Additionally, you will work on drafting various legal documents such as Memorandum of Undertaking, Joint Development Agreements of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, and Procurement Agreements related to property.
