AVP - Property Sales

Role Overview: As the AVP of Property Sales at SmartOwner, you will be responsible for managing sales through Property/ Real Estate Brokers, Real Estate Developers, and Property Channel partners. You will be a high-energy, hands-on individual with a keen attention to detail, having experience in building and leading property sales teams. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and implement national sales strategies to meet and surpass revenue targets. - Build and manage a high-performing sales team by assessing their capabilities, providing training, and facilitating high-value transactions. - Develop and execute sales targets for team members and design attractive incentive schemes. - Cultivate new partnerships and enhance existing relationships to optimize revenue opportunities. - Spearhead initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and ensure client retention. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of demonstrated experience in sales leadership. - Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. - Proven track record of selling high-end apartments and villas with strong interpersonal skills. - Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and leadership qualities focused on achieving sales and revenue goals effectively.
