handling litigation of civil (property related), revenue, consumer, criminal cases in all levels of courts at original, appellate, revenue / quasi-judicial authorities, high court and apex court. Should have a strong grasp and working knowledge of contracts, registration, revenue, cpc, crpc, consumer, companies & other relevant laws with capability of individually drafting all kinds of plaints, petitions etc, briefing arguing counsels and / or arguing the same before various courts and authorities. Should also be able to work with a team of advocates, to mentor junior advocates, stenos and maintain the entire legal function for a centralise legal department handling all litigations like a seniors office. Must be able to attend courts as required within Hyderabad and outskirts on periodical basis as required and follow up all litigation to conclusion.
