Role Overview: We are seeking a Brand Marketing Expert with proven healthcare/pharma experience to build powerful brands, lead digital growth, and drive multi-channel marketing excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and identity for pharma/healthcare brands Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, medical, and trade channels Plan and optimize SEO/SEM strategies and paid media performance Drive content strategy including digital assets, videos, campaigns, and educational communication Conduct market research, audience insights, and competitor benchmarking to inform strategy Leverage marketing technology and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta, HubSpot, Search Console, etc.) Track campaign metrics, run A/B tests, optimize conversions, and build analytical dashboards Partner closely with Sales, Product, Medical, and Creative teams for aligned execution Manage brand launches, BTL activities, and doctor engagement initiatives Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all communication touchpoints Oversee vendor/agency coordination for creative and digital deliverables Skills & Experience: 5- 7 years experience in Pharma/Healthcare Brand Marketing Strong understanding of digital channels, content funnels & lead growth strategies Tech-savvy with strong data interpretation and marketing automation skills Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in fast-paced environments Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen and ROI focus
Key Responsibilities: Ensure Regulatory Compliance Expertise in Global Contract Management Familiarity with Global IP Protection & Patents regulations Ability to handle Litigation, Dispute Resolution & Corporate Governance Matters Skilled in providing Strategic Legal Counsel & Risk Advisory What Were Looking For: LLB graduate with specialization in Corporate/IP/Pharma Law Strong knowledge of Global Pharma & Healthcare Laws 4-5 years of Experience in the field Experience in Contracts, IP management & dispute resolution Excellent Analytical & Communication Skills Pharma/Life Sciences Industry experience preferred
Key Responsibilities & Skills Required: • Strong experience in managing cross-functional internal teams and external partners/clients • Ability to travel as required for coordination, meetings, and project tracking • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written, with high attention to detail • Confident in making and delivering presentations and project reports • Proficient in MS Excel (dashboards, trackers, timelines, basic formulas) • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to handle multiple projects with prioritization and delegation • Proactive mindset for identifying potential risks and mitigating them early • Background in pharmaceutical industry or regulated environments preferred Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in science, Pharma, Business Management or related field. • Project management certifications (PMP/Prince2/Six Sigma) are an added advantage. • 46 years of relevant experience in project management in Pharmaceuticals is preferred.
