We are looking for a skilled Legal Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience and a Master's degree in Law.

Roles and Responsibility

Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and via email to provide legal support.
Draft, proofread, and file or send legal documents, such as agreements and contracts.
Draft legal notices, MOUs/LOIs, NDAs, Lease Deeds, and other agreements with a focus on Real Estate, Risk Mitigation, and final closure during client calls.
Work with the Finance Department, external counsels, company secretaries, and auditors for corporate governance and secretarial work.
Create and maintain case files, including producing and editing transcripts.
Stay updated on regulatory developments and industry initiatives through monthly legal updates.
Manage complex corporate transactions and contracts effectively.
Coordinate with external counsels and internal business departments for litigation matters.
