Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct
legal vetting
of loan files, sanction conditions, agreements & indemnities.
Review
Title Search Reports (TSR)
,
Legal Scrutiny Reports (LSR)
& property chain documents.
Identify title defects and provide corrective actions to the Credit team.
Coordinate with
panel advocates
, valuers, and legal vendors for property due diligence.
Draft & review
loan agreements, MOUs, affidavits, undertakings, NOCs, declarations
.
Ensure legal compliance in
Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage & MSME loans
.
Support Credit team in assessing legal risks and advising on mitigation.
Maintain legal documentation, MIS & audit reports.
Ensure adherence to
NBFC legal norms, regulatory guidelines & internal processes
.
