Exposure in Land Litigation, including but not limited to drafting and vetting of pleading and give evidence on behalf of the Company and TSR Review. 2. Experience in drafting and reviewing land agreements like lease deed, Sale Deeds and other agreements related to land. 3. Experience in handling land related litigation. 4. To stay updated with state land law, property laws and locals including knowledge of land revenue act, stamp act, registration act etc. 5. Deal with all legal issues relating to conversion of agricultural land, mutation, stamp duty, registration of documents, review of TSR, drafting of MoU, agreement to sale, conveyance deed, crop compensation agreement, power of Attorney and other agreements related to land. 6. Assist and advice land team towards obtaining permission from all government and regulatory and authorities for acquisition of land and transfer of land in favour of the Company. 7.
