Role Overview: As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, your main responsibility will be to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This will involve providing expert advice, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional client service throughout property transactions. You will guide clients through property purchases and sales, cultivate relationships with clients and industry professionals, and create property listings and promotional materials. Additionally, you will coordinate property showings and open houses, offer advice on market conditions and prices, and ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
