Job Description

The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, showcasing properties, and driving sales conversions. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process while maintaining high service standards and meeting revenue targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, tele-calling, social media, and site visits
  • Respond to online and offline inquiries and convert leads into active prospects
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and follow-up consistently

Property Sales & Consultation

  • Understand client requirements related to location, budget, and property type
  • Present available property options and offer comparative market analysis
  • Conduct property tours, site visits, and model apartment walkthroughs
  • Explain project features, amenities, payment plans, and legal documentation basics
  • Assist in negotiations between buyer and seller or developer until deal closure

Documentation & Transaction Support

  • Support clients with booking forms, KYC, agreement process, and bank/home loan documentation
  • Coordinate with legal advisors, developers, banks, and internal teams for smooth transactions
  • Ensure confidentiality of client records and financial information

Market Research & Networking

  • Stay updated on property listings, competing projects, market trends, and pricing
  • Build relationships with developers, brokers, builders, and investors
  • Attend exhibitions, open houses, and networking events to promote projects

Sales Reporting & Targets

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, visits, conversions, and revenue metrics
  • Use CRM tools or spreadsheets to maintain accurate data records

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales, luxury sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of property documentation, RERA compliance & financing (added advantage)
  • Computer literacy: CRM, Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business, Google Maps

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
