KEY DELIVERABLES

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage entire recruitment from job posting up to onboarding.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
• Source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Screen resumes & conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule & coordinate interviews.
• Handle multiple job vacancies.

REQUIREMENTS (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in HR or related functions is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
