Role Overview: As a Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to fill positions within the organization by designing and implementing recruiting systems. You will also develop your own network of suitable candidates, handle administration and record-keeping tasks, and work with organizations to create effective recruitment plans. It will be your duty to execute these plans efficiently, draft and post job descriptions, interview candidates, prepare job offers, and onboard new joiners. Networking with various institutions and social media platforms will also be a crucial aspect of your role.
