HR Recruiter

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent that aligns with our company’s goals and culture. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across various platforms. Source candidates through databases, social media, job portals, and networking. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds. Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing. Generate recruitment reports and analytics for management review. Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
