🔍 Job Role:We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter who can manage the complete recruitment cycle — from sourcing candidates to interviewing, selecting and ensuring successful joining as per company criteria. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Hire eligible candidates for multiple departments as per company requirements Source candidates from job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups & references Screen CVs & shortlist profiles according to company criteria Conduct telephonic & face-to-face interviews Finalize candidates in coordination with department heads Ensure selected candidates join on time & complete onboarding process Maintain recruitment trackers, follow-ups & interview records Handle joining formalities, documents & employee data Support management in HR planning & reporting 🧠 Requirements:1 – 2 years experience in HR Recruitment Proven experience in end-to-end hiring – interview, selection & joining Good communication skills in Hindi & English Strong follow-up, coordination & negotiation skills Organized, target-oriented & result-driven mindset ⭐ What We Offer: Growth-oriented work culture Opportunity to work with a growing brand – XpressTenders.com (Orical Technology LLP)
