Job Title: HR Recruiter

Salary: Upto 30K

Location: Paschim Vihar, Delhi (Onsite)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Mantracare is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and supporting HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sourcing to onboarding)

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

Schedule and follow up on interviews

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Assist in onboarding and documentation of new joiners

Support other HR activities as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduation in HR, Management, or related field

0–2 years of experience in recruitment (freshers can apply)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes

Proficiency in MS Office
