We help businesses win Government and Private Tenders through our expert services, digital solutions, and tender consultancy support. 🧩 Job Role: Tender Bidding ExecutiveWe are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Tender Bidding Executive who can handle Government and Private Tender-related work — from searching and analyzing tenders to preparing and submitting bids on various e-procurement portals. 📝 Key Responsibilities:Search and identify relevant Government & Private tenders from various portals. Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements. Prepare tender documents, quotations, and proposals as per client or company requirements. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for documentation and submission. Upload and submit bids on e-tendering platforms (GeM, CPPP, eProcure, etc.). Maintain tender records, bid status, and submission details. Follow up on submitted tenders and assist in result tracking and tender clarification. Assist in registration and renewal on various tender portals. 🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:Graduate / Postgraduate (Any field). Even if you are 10th or 12th pass and have good communication skills, you are welcome to apply — your skills matter more than your degree. Basic knowledge of Tendering Process, GeM Portal, and eProcurement Sites preferred. Good communication and email drafting skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF) and Internet Browsing. Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
