You will be working as a Data Entry Operator at House of Armuse, a designer store with locations in Jaipur, Delhi, and Mumbai, known for its luxurious fashion collections and in-house manufacturing setup. Your role will involve accurately inputting and updating data in internal systems, ensuring data integrity, creating reports, and collaborating with other departments. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks as required. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately input and update data in internal systems and databases. - Maintain chalan, records, etc. - Ensure data integrity and quality control. - Regularly review data for errors and inconsistencies, and make necessary corrections. - Organize and maintain both digital and physical records. - Create reports using Excel and custom ERP. - Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify information. - Prepare and distribute reports based on entered data. - Assist with administrative tasks when needed. Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus. - Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role. - Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other data entry software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication skills.
