Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the defined territory. Key tasks include identifying new market opportunities, conducting market research, managing sales pipelines, and providing regular sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with the technical and production teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and territory management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to identify and exploit market opportunities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of glass products and industry standards is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Show more Show less
