developing and maintaining data solutions to support Operations
, including the design of KPIs, dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks. This role will also support operational data projects, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into scalable BI and reporting solutions. The specialist will leverage expertise in BI tools, data modelling, and reporting to deliver high-quality outputs that improve visibility and decision-making within Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Development & Reporting
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to track operational performance.
- Develop automated reporting solutions to manage large volumes of data and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis.
- Optimize data models, queries, and workflows for speed and scalability.
- Conduct testing and validation of reports and dashboards before release.
Projects & Requirements
- Work closely with onshore project teams to understand business requirements and priorities.
- Translate business needs received from onshore into functional or technical specifications.
- Manage operational OR data projects through defining, planning, developing, testing, and delivering solutions.
- Create As-Is and To-Be process maps to capture current state, define future state, and support solution design.
- Manage UAT execution, including writing and reviewing business test scripts, and provide support throughout the user acceptance testing process.
Collaboration & Support
- Collaborate with the onshore Operations teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support UAT and provide documentation for delivered reporting solutions.
Continuously improve existing dashboards and reports to enhance usability and efficiency
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Operations, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in BI development, data reporting, or analytics roles, preferably within operations, supply chain, or manufacturing.
- Proven experience working in an onshore–offshore delivery environment with strong understanding of remote collaboration practices.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, and advanced Excel.
- Hands-on experience with SQL (queries, data modelling, optimization).
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources (ERP, WMS, TMS, flat files, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in creating Visio process maps (As-Is and To-Be), requirements documentation/User Stories, and translating outcomes into clear documentation for development teams.
- Strong skills in developing KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ability to deliver within timelines.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to Python/VBA.
- Experience with data automation and workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate).

- 10.30 am to 7.30 pm – daylight saving
- 11.30 am to 8.30 pm – non daylight saving
