We are pleased to be recruiting a Finance Processing Assistant on a 9-month contract in Bangalore to join our Yachts Finance team. The business operates 15 bases and 6 offices, across 25 legal entities in 20 countries and in 11 currencies. This position plays a vital role within the Finance Processing team, collaborating closely with the Head of Finance Processing, the wider Finance team, and other departments. Key responsibilities include running and processing credit card transactions (with over 50 cards in operation), reviewing transaction listings against receipts, identifying and resolving queries, and maintaining accurate balances. Deliver current and new insight requirements for the Le Boat business. Consolidate and produce key financial and commercial analyses, identifying trends and investigating variances. Collaboratively assist other analysts and the MI Development team on an ongoing basis to ensure data integrity. Improve your analytical skills and business insights through sharing knowledge and standard processes with team members. Evolve our reporting to aid better data-driven decision-making. Apply Power BI for reporting—building, running, and manipulating reports with advanced knowledge is essential. Transition our reporting to a more visual, interactive model using SAC reporting, where knowledge of SAC report building is desirable. Transform raw data into meaningful information and actionable insights. Build data visualizations and dashboards to support middle management and their teams in decision-making. Work with large, complex datasets to identify business trends and opportunities. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting outputs. What you’ll bring: A minimum of 12 months of experience in an Insights, Management Information reporting, or analytical role, comfortable with large and complex data volumes. Experience working with middle management and their teams, understanding needs, and delivering reporting/analyses as required. Proven experience in report creation in Power BI in a similar role. Experience writing and understanding SQL is advantageous. Basic knowledge of building reports in SAC and/or experience crafting visualizations in reporting is a plus. Good knowledge of Excel. A good working understanding of the Microsoft suite; understanding VBA is advantageous. Capability to transform raw data into information and conclusions, providing insights. Ability to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met. Passion for numbers and analysis, with a desire to innovate and improve existing processes. Valuable team member. Review month-end and consolidated accounts, ensuring compliance with policies, IFRS, GAAP, and reporting timelines. Validate revenues, costs, accruals, and margins; investigate variances. Deliver month-end performance reports in line with Travelopia deadlines on HFM. Ensure strong financial controls, quarterly checklists, and accurate balance sheet reconciliations via Blackline. Handle intercompany reconciliations, year-end closure, fixed assets, and process documentation. Drive efficiencies and automation in AP/AR processes. Ensure timely filing and reporting of taxes (VAT, GST, direct taxes) across geographies. Coordinate ABTA/ATOL and other travel-specific compliance. Lead statutory, tax, and group audits with internal/external auditors. Run cross-border/related-party transactions and payroll compliance. Own HFM monthly management accounts and variance analysis. Collaborate with FPA and senior finance leaders in cost reviews. Build dashboards for business performance visibility. Partner with customers on budgets, critical metrics, and financial alignment. Supervise and lead cash flows with the Travelopia treasury team. Supervise intercompany settlements, FX exposure, and hedging strategies. Ensure treasury covenant compliance and reporting. Lead a team of 8 across AP, AR, Payroll, Compliance, and Reporting. Coordinate workload planning and ensure smooth operations. Partner with global teams (Sales, Ops, Product, HR, Group Finance, FPA, Tax, Treasury, Legal). What you ll bring: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA. Proven years of experience in finance roles within global organizations. Strong background in financial control, audit, reporting, and good to have team handling experience. Expertise in Accounting, IFRS, local GAAP, tax compliance, VAT/GST, and multi-entity consolidation. Experience with cross-border transactions and multi-currency environments. Proficiency in Excel, Zoho, QuickBooks and HFM (preferred).
