Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Project Management capabilities who can lead requirement analysis, manage end-to-end client engagements, and successfully drive ERP/IT implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in business analysis along with proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee project deliverables within defined scope and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Evaluate business processes, identify gaps, and design system-driven solutions.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and prepare BRD/FRD/SRS documentation.
• Perform requirement analysis, create UAT test scripts, and coordinate UAT cycles.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for customization, configuration, and solution delivery as per the design document.
• Document workflows, process maps, and create detailed analytical reports.
• Conduct end-user training and resolve daily operational queries.
• Ensure that all solutions meet business needs and comply with approved requirements.
• Update, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures and process guidelines.

Project Management

• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations.
• Prepare detailed project plans and track progress against milestones.
• Lead and coordinate activities across development, testing, and deployment teams.
• Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain continuous communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders on status, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs.

People & Client Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across project lifecycle.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination and maintain clarity in communication.
• Provide guidance to team members, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations.
• Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/ERP/Software implementation domain.
• Proven experience managing projects or leading end-to-end project cycles.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong understanding of core business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, HR, Manufacturing).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• A track record of meeting deadlines and following through on commitments.
• Ability to motivate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
