Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst at Snovasys Software Solutions Ltd., your role will involve collaborating with the product team to understand business goals and expected outcomes. You will evaluate solution options, create clear documentation for proposed changes, and develop functional specifications for new solutions. Your ability to simplify technical information for the team and participate in governance activities will be crucial. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain technical documentation for existing system functionalities. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with the product team to understand business goals and expected outcomes. - Explore and evaluate solution options, including risks, benefits, and impacts. - Create clear documentation outlining proposed changes and implementation steps. - Develop functional specifications for new solutions and enhancements. - Simplify and translate technical information into easy-to-understand language for the entire team. - Support governance activities and participate in testing of proposed solutions. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation for existing system functionalities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment. - Strong technical acumen to understand systems and collaborate with development teams. - Demonstration of a requirements/documentation portfolio. - Excellent command over English (written and verbal). - Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Domain knowledge in Telecom and/or Marketing Automation (preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels. - Ability to work confidently with complex data and systems.
