Job Role: Manage various implementation teams and oversee several enterprise implementations concurrently Guide teams in analysis of customer’s business requirements and to propose product solutions Effectively lead a cross-functional team of Business Analysts, QA, and Technology teams Delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations to the key decision makers from various teams within the client's organization Sprint Planning and tracking progress of implementation ensuring timely and quality delivery Deep experience of implementing Enterprise Solutions, managing SDLC and good understanding of Agile methodologies. Managing external and internal stakeholders, escalation management and presenting Project Status Report at the agreed frequency Creating proposals, RFP responses and providing timely and mature answers to the techno-functional queries raised by the prospective clients Managing client expectations in terms of the deliverables, efforts, timelines and product customizations etc. Guiding BAs in writing functional specifications (i.e. Solution Scope Documents and Use Case Documents) highlighting product features and benefits / value-add to customers to capture business process requirements for proposed solutions Ensure clear understanding of customer's technology requirements; develop innovative solutions, provide support for proposal and project teams Training internal teams on product and technology Qualifications: At least 15 years of experience in an enterprise system implementation role with hands-on experience for 10+ years in Digital Lending (LOS, LMS, Collections) or Co-lending Experience in Treasury, Payments or CBS solutions can also be considered Strong technical and business awareness Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience of preparing proposals Excellent skills in stakeholder management and escalation management Ability to communicate a technical message with business relevance to a non-technical audience as well as a technical audience Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business customers or prospects Experience in Fintech/ NBFC/ Bank (Digital banking verticals), or with Product solution providers like LOS/LMS/Banking Tech solution providers) would be given preference PS: This is high pressure job and is not meant for everyone.
