Job Description

PURPOSE OF ROLE


  • Responsible for end-to-end management of B2B Sales Process (both New BiZ and Accounts) – right from PQQ/ITT/RFI until RFP/Closure stages helping the organization to achieve its Growth objectives.
  • Plan, document, execute and complete large-scale request for proposals adhering to strict deadlines. This includes working with onshore and offshore Sales/Account and Operations teams and briefing and coordinating with regional functional teams to deliver proposals according to bid plan.
  • Exceptional project management, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Stakeholder management across regions.
  • Proposal writing and development.
  • Understanding Solutioning for Creative Production and Print Sourcing Operations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Bid Management

  • Work with the New Business lead (Growth and Account Managers) to develop a clear win strategy for each bid and ensure differentiators, discriminators and price points are clear and compelling.
  • Bid team identification and clear articulation of bid response expectations.
  • Win Theme Development craft compelling win themes that differentiate the proposal, emphasizing strengths, past successes, and alignment with the client’s goals.
  • Strategic Planning and Coordination create a timeline, assign roles, and ensure all team members meet deadlines, keeping the process organized and efficient.
  • Engage and collaborate with cross-functional bid team, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met. Resolve conflicts and maintain momentum throughout the process.
  • Involvement in Solutioning and Commercial discussion and contribute where possible
  • Bid writing and content creation: Oversee the development of compelling bid proposals, ensuring clarity and persuasiveness. Creating and curating content and conducting data analysis, as needed, to contribute to various areas of proposal and pitch documents.
  • Cost analysis and pricing: Understand and coordinate accurate cost breakdowns and pricing strategies for bids, considering profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Compliance management: Ensure bids adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements of the tendering process.
  • Review and Refinement organise reviews to refine the proposal, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a compelling final product. Incorporate feedback to strengthen the pitch.
  • Post-bid activities: Follow up with clients after bid submission, address any questions, and manage the transition to contract execution if successful. Engage in post RFP feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement in the bid process.
  • Ensure timelines are achieved at every step of the bid process, including all internal governance, while taking the initiative in setting realistic deadlines.
  • Collaborate with design team to ensure the proposal response is showcased in the right style through impactful presentation design.


Content management


  • Knowledge in technical and functional specifications related to advertising / content production / retail activation, etc.
  • Preparing and reviewing the various aspects of the pitch responses, ensuring all services are included
  • Knowledge management – regularly refresh data repository with updated case studies and company information/FAQs


Team management

  • Be an internal source of expertise in creative production and retail activation operations for helping team members to respond swiftly and concisely to any questions or queries related to RFI/RFP requirements.
  • Assign job flow from the regions, support and mentor team members, where needed.
  • Continuous improvement through best practices learnt and executed during a bid.
  • Attend internal meetings as a representative as and when required.

  • Industry Knowledge – Deep understanding of the relevant sector to tailor proposals to client expectation and market trends


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS


5-7 Years’ in proposal management in B2B Sales

Minimum 3+ Years’ experience in Creative Production and Retail Activation industry
