Check out tagww.com to learn more. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to fill the role of Creative Retoucher. This position requires an individual who can seamlessly transition from conceptualizing creative ideas to executing them through advanced image retouching. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in visual design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring innovative concepts to life through a combination of visualization and Creative retouching skills. (Expertise in CGI works, Creative image composition, High-end retouching, High quality of colour grading works.) WHAT YOU OFFER US Candidates should possess the ability to effectively visualize and interpret client briefs. Understanding the logical impact of colors, strong ability to use color theory. Proficient in CGI work, specializing in the creation of high-quality images. Experts in color correction and its industry standards. Candidates should possess the ability to execute high-end creative retouching & composition. Candidates should have the capability to create high-end master images. Strong conceptualization / visualization and designing skills. Demonstrating ownership and accountability is crucial in this role. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. Prioritize and organize work effectively to handle various design requests. Demonstrate multitasking ability in teamwork, leveraging optimal time management for efficient project execution. Strong communication skills for professional interactions with clients. Ability to establish timelines and provide accurate estimations. Applying logical thinking to every Do’s & Don’ts Engaging in proactive communication. Conduct thorough quality checks on visualized concepts and retouched images to ensure they align with project requirements and maintain a high standard of visual excellence. GREAT TO HAVE Adobe Photoshop [Beta], Lightroom, illustrator, InDesign and other relevant tools. Stay updated on the latest trends and Ai technologies in retouching and incorporate them into the workflow when appropriate. WHERE YOU’LL FIT IN Reports to Studio Lead LOCATION We currently work in a remote hybrid model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore.
