Work you’ll do

As a part of the Digital team, you will be responsible for:

• Contribute to business intelligence and competitor analysis projects, including reputation and sentiment analysis, and competitor audits.
• Deliver scheduled and on-demand weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on campaign performance, web and social media analytics using Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMRush, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Advise stakeholders on establishing KPIs and leveraging data for campaign and performance optimization.
• Develop and automate reporting processes through tools such as Adobe Report Builder and dashboarding solutions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with channel specialists to generate actionable insights and recommendations based on thorough data analysis.
• Identify trends, patterns, and key insights across multiple marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, paid media, CRM, and internal dashboards.
• Communicate analytical findings in a compelling, story-driven format to support data-informed decision-making and strategy development.
• Guide business on interpreting and utilizing campaign data, maximizing value from analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing communications coordinators, onshore counterparts, and business leaders to support analytics initiatives and implement process improvements. • Assist in project planning, conduct competitor research, and ensure timely delivery of reports and analyses.
• Manage requirements gathering, prioritize deliverables, and maintain adherence to project timelines.
• Deliver training sessions related to measurement, analytics tools, and best practices for marketing teams.
• Foster a culture of inclusivity, continuous learning, and ethical practices while working across virtual, cross[1]functional teams.
• Establish self as Insights & Analytics POC for Ireland across Global and NSE networks by attending monthly community calls, taking action locally on the back of calls and keeping the Head of Digital aware of actions to ensure compliance.
• Support with the Site-Health project by running monthly reports from Crownpeak & SEMrush and managing optimization activities with other members of the IE Digital team.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

The Team

The Growth team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organisation in the NSE with a wide variety of capabilities like digital, research, financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in CMS, Campaign management, Digital marketing tools, reporting and CRM in a marketing environment.
• Knowledge of writing and comprehending meaningful insights and recommendations to aid data-driven decision making
• Good knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Power BI Dashboard, and Web & Social Media Stats
• Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment
• Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation)
• Effectively leverage internal collaboration tools to connect people-to-people and people-to-content
• Ability to deal with and deliver regarding fast deadlines, acts with a sense of urgency
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint; good knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge in SQL, R and Python is an additional advantage
• Good client management and relationship-building skills
• Good written & oral communication skills
