Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end accounting operations for US-based clients. This position will oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), reconciliations, compliance, and financial reporting, while managing a small team and collaborating closely with global stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience with multi-entity accounting, US GAAP standards, and modern accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Ariba, Coupa, and Excel, ensuring process accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • Professional certifications preferred: CA (Inter/Final), CPA (US), CMA, ACCA, or other equivalent accounting qualifications
 Experience: o Minimum 8-10 years in accounting or finance roles, including at least 3-5 years managing US or global accounting operations. Technical Skills: o ERP & Accounting Tools: QuickBooks (Online & Desktop), Tally, Ariba, Coupa, Xero, SAP , Oracle NetSuite / Microsoft Dynamics 365 o Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboard Reporting) o Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Payroll Processing, Reconciliations, and Statutory Compliance o Working familiarity with US GAAP / IFRS and internal controls Soft Skills: o Excellent communication and reporting skills (email and client calls) o Strong analytical and leadership capabilities o Attention to detail with process ownership mindset o Ability to work across global time zones and meet deadlines .Key Responsibilities Oversee complete Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) cycles, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations. Supervise and mentor the billing and accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables. Manage month-end and year-end closings, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Validate Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Received Notes (GRNs), and invoices for accuracy and compliance. Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, Indian Accounting Standards, and statutory requirements such as TDS, GST, and tax filings. Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts. Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure transparent financial operations. Propose and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
