Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Expert with strong expertise in SAP and end-to-end supply chain management. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence by optimizing procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory management processes. This role requires a combination of technical SAP proficiency, analytical skills, and strategic supply chain leadership to support business transformation and deliver measurable cost, service, and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead supply chain strategy, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives across global operations.
• Manage demand planning, forecasting, and production scheduling to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Oversee procurement, vendor management, and ethical sourcing to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
• Optimize inbound and outbound logistics, including 3PL/transportation management and trade compliance.
• Direct warehouse and inventory management activities, focusing on space utilization and cost containment.
• Leverage SAP ECC (Procure-to-Pay, MRP, Inventory Analytics) and WMS tools to streamline processes and improve visibility.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards, forecasting models, and KPI tracking frameworks to monitor performance.
• Drive digital enablement through CRM, workflow automation, and mobile applications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and commercial teams to enable scalable growth.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, including global exposure.
• Proven expertise in SAP ECC (Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, MRP) and WMS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain analytics, forecasting, and KPI performance management.
• Demonstrated success in lean process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
