About the Role

We’re looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. You’ll help drive discovery, define process improvements, create clear functional specs, and support delivery through UAT and go-live.

Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews
Document
business processes
,
user stories
,
acceptance criteria
, and
functional specifications
Translate business needs into Salesforce configuration/development requirements (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Experience Cloud as applicable)
Partner with Admins/Developers to ensure solutions align with requirements and best practices
Create process flows, wireframes (as needed), and data mapping documents
Manage scope and change requests; support sprint planning and backlog grooming
Coordinate and execute
UAT
: test scripts, defect triage, validation, and sign-off
Support training materials, release notes, and go-live readiness
Ensure strong documentation and traceability from requirement → build → test → release

Required Skills

Strong experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce implementations
Solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities: objects, automation (Flow), security, reports/dashboards
Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Jira/ADO, and user story writing
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to create clear documentation (BRD/FRD, process diagrams, UAT scripts)

Nice to Have

Exposure to data migration, data quality, and master data concepts
Salesforce certifications (Admin, BA, or related) are a plus
