Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
Documentation : Document and maintain detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Create and update documentation related to system configurations and customizations.
Salesforce Configuration : Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with developers and administrators to implement solutions.
Data Analysis : Perform data analysis to ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce.
Identify data migration needs and collaborate with data migration specialists.
Testing and Quality Assurance : Develop and execute test plans, ensuring that solutions meet quality standards.
Collaborate with QA teams to perform system testing and user acceptance testing.
User Training and Support : Provide training to end-users on new features and functionalities.
Report and Dashboard Creation : Design and create reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics.
Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and optimize data visibility.
Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, product owners/managers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the CPQ system effectively supports sales operations and drives business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Required.
3+ years Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst role -Required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, accurately, and tactfully.
Solid presentation and facilitation skills.
Proficient in JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel knowledge.
