Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements specific to Salesforce solutions.
· Collaborate with clients, developers, and architects to design scalable Salesforce implementations.
· Create BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flows aligned with Salesforce best practices.
· Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and solution validation.
· Support Salesforce configuration, testing, and UAT activities.
· Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
· Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.
· Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Lucidchart.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
· Salesforce Admin or Business Analyst certification preferred.
