Roles and Responsibilities

This is full-time, on-site role(s) for a Salesforce Configuration Lead located in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for mid-career candidates who are eager to grow their skills in CRM and business process in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include leading workshops, gap analysis, system customization (workflows, forms), testing (UAT), creating documentation, and providing post-implementation support to boost efficiency and user adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop solutions using Salesforce. The practitioner will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, design efficient workflows, and deliver high-quality solutions tailored to business needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Salesforce implementation or consulting role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and CRM modules.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Costing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve business processes.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Lead to cash business process cycle
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel or Power BI
• Ability to understand, design, and optimize business processes while working with Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with functional testing and ensuring system functionality meets the intended requirements
• Understanding and experience with system integration processes
• Proficiency in project management and an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of Revenue Cloud is highly desirable
