Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role(s) for a NetSuite Functional Lead located in Hyderabad. The practitioner will oversee and implement NetSuite solutions, analyze business processes, perform functional testing, and ensure seamless system integrations. This role is ideal for mid-career candidates who are eager to grow their skills in ERP, financial systems, and business process in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include leading workshops, gap analysis, system customization (workflows, forms), testing (UAT), creating documentation, and providing post-implementation support to boost efficiency and user adoption. The practitioner will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, design efficient workflows, and deliver high-quality solutions tailored to business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Costing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve business processes.
• Understanding of one or more business process (Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing) that lead into to accounting functions
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel or Power BI
• Ability to understand, design, and optimize business processes while working with NetSuite solutions.
• Experience with functional testing and ensuring system functionality meets the intended requirements.
• Understanding and experience with system integration processes.
• Proficiency in project management and an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules is highly desirable.
