Experience in reading and debugging code. 8+ years direct support of application end-users in a Corporate environment A track record of successful roles in several JDE implementation or upgrade projects Deep working knowledge and understanding of supporting business processes. Analytical, logical problem resolution skills Any JDE certification(s) preferred. Knowledge of localizations: architecture, implementation, and key functionality Expertise with JDE including full life-cycle implementation experience, configuration and administration of the application. Knowledge of maintenance/patching mechanics and JDE architecture Demonstrable history solving complex problems across multiple modules.

Leverage EZAPs OCR technology to reduce manual data entry and ensure accurate invoice capture. - **Payment Management:** Process payments to vendors through K8, including checks, ACH, or wire transfers, ensuring compliance with payment terms and deadlines. Use EZAP to code and approve invoices efficiently. - **K8 Data Management:** Enter and maintain accounts payable data in K8, ensuring proper general ledger coding and alignment with purchase orders or contracts. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. - **Vendor Coordination:** Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries or disputes, using accurate and up-to-date information from EZAP and K8 to maintain strong relationships. - **Reconciliation and Reporting:** Perform account reconciliations in K8, verifying transactions against EZAP-processed invoices. Generate aging reports and cash flow insights using K8’s reporting tools
The ERP System Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and technical support of our ERP system. This role requires strong technical experience in ERP software, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of the ERP system. The role also acts as a key backup to the ERP Director & other Technical Specialists. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: System Knowledge & Maintenance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the ERP systems file structure, workflows, and processes. Understand how K8 supports business processes across various departments and ensure system configurations meet business needs. ERP System Configuration & Customization: User setup and configuration Configure and customize ERP solutions to meet the organization’s requirements. Perform regular audits of the ERP system functions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Technical Support: Serve as primary point of contact for application-related issues and provide troubleshooting and support for end users, coordinating with Vendor technical support as necessary. Resolve user issues related to K8; provide guidance on best practices. Log, track and manage support calls logged via the service desk.
