Tech / B.E / MCA Reporting To Project Manager Required Skill set • • • • • • • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant. Strong understanding of ERP processes including Order to Cash and Procure to Pay. Proven experience in NetSuite customization, configuration, and data migration. Solid experience with Suite Bundler, Saved Searches, Reports, and Workflows. Exposure to system integration testing, regression testing, and UAT coordination. Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Job Responsibility • • Analyze and map business processes and client requirements to NetSuite functionalities. Lead configurations and implementations across core NetSuite modules including Order to Cash (Sales, Credit Memos, Returns & Refunds) and Procure to Pay (Purchase, Billing, Credits & Returns). • Prepare detailed Technical Requirement Documents (TRDs) and comprehensive End-User Training Materials. Manage and execute NetSuite customizations, including: Custom Records, Saved Searches, Reports, Fields, and Forms Suite Bundler and Dashboards • • • • • • Roles & Permissions, Auto-Generated Numbers, and Two-Factor Authentication Configure NetSuite Features & Preferences (User, General, Sales, and Accounting). Manage release previews and business process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades. Support data migration activities using CSV import and create mapping templates from legacy systems to NetSuite. • • • Conduct Unit, Integration, and Regression testing for end- to-end implementations and customizations. Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), identify issues, and ensure timely resolutions. Provide post-production support, handle enhancement requests, troubleshoot functional issues, and document process changes.

• • • Collaborate closely with technical teams, project management, and key business stakeholders during implementations and sandbox refresh activities. Design and customize Workflows, SuiteBundles, forms, record types, roles, and dashboards to meet business requirements. Create and manage Custom CRM Fields, Entity Fields, Item Fields, Transaction Body Fields, and Transaction Column Fields in NetSuite.
