Job Overview:

The Program Manager will be responsible for driving the successful execution of multiple projects under a defined strategic program. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution excellence to ensure alignment with business goals, timely delivery, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Planning & Governance

  • Define program objectives, success metrics, and detailed execution plans aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Establish governance structures, communication cadences, and reporting mechanisms to ensure program visibility and accountability.
  • Monitor interdependencies between projects and mitigate cross-functional risks.

Execution & Delivery Management

  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across business, technology, and operations stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, manage escalations, and drive decision-making to maintain program momentum.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Act as a single point of contact for all program-related communications.
  • Engage regularly with executive sponsors, functional heads, and project managers to track progress and manage expectations.
  • Present program updates, dashboards, and insights to leadership and steering committees.

Risk & Financial Management

  • Manage program budgets, cost projections, and financial reporting.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively through structured risk management practices.

Change Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Champion change initiatives ensuring adoption and alignment across teams.
  • Drive process improvements, best practices, and knowledge sharing to enhance program efficiency.

Success Indicators

  • Timely delivery of program milestones and benefits realization.
  • High stakeholder satisfaction and effective risk management
  • Efficient resource utilization and adherence to budget.
  • Positive contribution to organizational transformation or business growth.
