Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to work on-site in our Chennai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and possess excellent communication skills to engage with both business stakeholders and technical teams. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, providing insightful recommendations, and helping to deliver effective Salesforce solutions that align with the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and customizations. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, ensuring Salesforce solutions align with client objectives. Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration. Configure Salesforce features such as custom objects, fields, workflows, process automation (e.g., Process Builder, Flow), and reports to meet business needs. Participate in the design, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, effective, and aligned with best practices. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure they are effectively using Salesforce. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshooting any issues related to Salesforce functionality. Maintain a focus on data quality, security, and reporting standards in Salesforce. Develop and maintain project documentation, including user manuals and training materials. Ensure that Salesforce solutions are aligned with industry standards and Pashtek’s quality processes. Qualifications: Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce platform solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, etc.). Salesforce Skills: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platform features, including configuration, administration, and reporting. Experience with process automation tools like Process Builder and Flow is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business needs and provide effective solutions. Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are preferred but not mandatory.
