Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of SQA specialists in auditing projects. Conduct audits to ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and client requirements. Manage project risks, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with project managers. Use JIRA to track progress and generate audit reports for senior management. Define quality metrics and benchmarks for continuous improvement. Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management. Foster collaboration between teams and ensure smooth communication on quality issues. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in Senior SQA or Quality Lead roles. Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing small teams. Expertise in JIRA for project tracking and reporting. Deep knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
