HyTechPro is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce platform development, a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions. Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications, integrations, and customizations to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and other Salesforce technologies.
  
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes to meet business needs.
  
• Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to best practices and coding standards.
  
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware platforms.
  
• Excellent skill on Salesforce application debugging and error log management.
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring high system availability and performance.
  
• Optimize existing Salesforce solutions for performance, usability, and scalability.
  
• Keep up with Salesforce updates and new features to recommend system improvements.
  
• Ensure data integrity, security, and synchronization across integrated systems.
  
• Perform data migration and cleansing tasks using tools like Data Loader, MuleSoft, or similar tools.

Requirements

• 4+years of experience in developing custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
  
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
  
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  
• Experience with Flow, Process Builder, and complex workflow rules.
  
• Experience with Salesforce Communities/Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce custom product development.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with international clients.
  
• Team player with strong analytical and functional knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
  
• Proficient in writing and executing Test Classes.
  
• Experience in successful deployments.
